Bed-In Commemoration for Peace Kilkenny

This was a special celebration of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's peace protest from their Honey Moon Bed in from 40 year ago. We celebrated this special event at the Town Hall in Kilkenny High Street with a sofa bed and 3 lady poets, Monica , Brid Ryall and Suzie Lamb. We also played lots of fun music together and with the children. We even went to be in the sofa bed pretending to be John and Yoko. The children that came by from the street and our own kids too made peace drawings and Liz made face paintings. It all happened on the 30st May 2009 in Kilkeny city, Ireland.

Este tema musical y el videoclip fue creado especialmente para la marcha por un grupo de humanista que nos juntamos especialmente para esto, también conseguimos la colaboración de mucha gente que colaboró desde el arte y la técnica para lograr un resultado que nos dejó muy contentos!

Bed-in for peace in Stockholm

We will stay in our beds for 7 days at Clarion hotel in Stockholm, Sweden between the 24-31 Oct, 2009.

We will be broadcasting live 12 hrs a day over the Internet and select places around the city of Stockholm.

We will among other things:
• dance for peace
• host a dance festival for peace (sign up below!)
• send 3 letters a day for peace
• host a Mass Bed-in for peace

...from our beds.

This video was created to honor the victims of the first atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. In this 64th anniversary of the horror experienced, the World March activists were present in peaceful manifestations around the World.
We ask for peace on behalf of our love of Earth, to our brothers and all living beings.
